This article will take you through deleting a country in your PrestaShop 1.5 store. This feature is useful if a country is no longer in existence or if you simply no longer wish to service that country. Deleting a country removes all data for that country from the database. If you later decided to re-activate that country it would need to be created all over again. Follow along in the steps below as we show you how to delete a country in PrestaShop 1.5. Removing a country in PrestaShop 1.5 Log into your PrestaShop 1.5 admin dashboard. Using the top menu bar, hover over the Localizations tab and click on the Countries option. From the Countries list screen, click on the checkbox to the left side of the country you want to remove, you can select more than one county in this manner if you wish. Once you have selected your country or countries, ensure you have the Delete Selected option selected in the dropdown and click on the Apply button underneath the list. The list will now refresh and your deleted country will no longer show.
