This is useful when you have the country data and do not want to allow it to be used at the present time. This way, the country is not in the list, but you still retain the data so that when you reactivate it later, you do not have to re-create the entire record. The instructions below will guide you on disabling a country in your PrestaShop 1.5 store. Preventing a country from displaying in PrestaShop 1.5 Log into your PrestaShop 1.5 admin dashboard. Using the top menu bar, hover over the Localizations tab and click on the Countries option. This brings you to the Countries list screen. From here, locate the country you want to disable and select the checkbox to the left side of that row. You may select more than one country if you wish. Once selected, choose the Disable Selection option from the dropdown underneath the list and click on the Apply button Once disabled, the list will refresh and you will see a red X in the Enabled column for the country.
