Introduction to Affiliates in OpenCart

OpenCart is extremely robust and gives you the option to pay affiliates who promote your products. This can help you promote specific products on your website and increase your sales. You can also set the percentage rate in which each affiliate is paid. Different affiliates can make different commission rates. You can also decide how they receive the commission payment (check, PayPal, and Bank Transfer).

Affiliates are managed through your OpenCart Dashboard. Anyone can set up an affiliate account, but the OpenCart Administrator must approve it prior the tracking being used. Once the account has been approved in the OpenCart Dashboard, the affiliate can then retrieve their links to use so they can gain commissions.
