Why have all email inquires stop since I changed to InMotion and BoldGrid
I transfer web hosting and email to InMotion. Built new website on Bold Grid. Since I went live in June I have NO inquires through the website form. With my previous web hosting provider and my website I had at least 3 inquires a week either through mobile or pc. My business has been greatly harmed by this. I have waited thinking things may turn around but it has not.
I tested the form it works fine.

Thank you for submitting a question about contact form issues. It's possible the SMTP settings for email were not installed or activated in the new site. I'd advise contacting live support for help checking the mail logs to see if this indeed part of the problem.
