6 days now This is not Acceptable. I never had an outage like this with Host gator, Godaddy or Name Cheap.  Is there a way to get Email Access?  We not only have Web Access, but we have NO Email access too.  We are Dead!!! Any Workarounds?  Anybody have a solution to get email working?

Thank you for your questions regarding server connectivity. It is possible that your account is housed on a server that is currently undergoing unplanned maintainance. I recommend keeping an eye on the following status page for updates:

If you are not on one of the affected servers, I recommend contacting our Technical Support team to troubleshoot your connectivity issue:

Inmotion Email Domain

Hello , i would like to ask about if this domain supporting an integration with active directory. to can make the user sign-in with outlook and sync all information. if it is yes , what is the process will be from inmotion hosting site ?. or , what is the guide to do that's. thanks a lot.

Unfortunately, the only way you could do this is by installing necessary applications with Dedicated Hosting as we only use Linux servers. However, we provide no technical support for such configurations.

Thanks for the additional information needed to give you better info. All advice you've been given to this point still applies as possibilities. If you'd like to use cPanel File Manager or FTP to achieve this, you can copy a directory to a new location.

If it's WordPress, you'll need to change the URL within the wp-config.php file and database to match that new subdomain URL. If you'd like to request support for this, you should email Web Hosting Hub Live Support with verification.

You can always create manual cPanel backups.

Please note, we're not live support and unable to modify accounts on behalf of Web Hosting Hub.

How can I opt out of backup manager?

Uriel G 1 year ago in Customer Service / Addon Product updated by anonymous (Content Marketing Coordinator) 1 year ago 3

I got a notification that I'm in a backup manager free trial, and after that I'll be charged in automatic, but as it is not a service I use I'm not interested in paying the fee.

How can I remove the service from my account?

If you feel that you do not want the added protection the Backup Manager affords you, you can simply cancel the service anytime within the first 90 days of your trial by logging into your Account Management Panel and selecting the My Subscriptions option. It's that easy.

Why is my website so slow to load?

ProfHypno 7 months ago updated by Arnel C (Content Marketing Coordinator) 7 months ago 5

It seems that the website (OurMindsAreAmazing.com) is very slow loading and I'm concerned that I'm losing traffic...and customers!

Can you send along any insight as to why this might be?

Transfer domain FROM inmotion hosting

Ol Bill 10 months ago updated by Ronnie H. (Content Marketing Coordinator) 10 months ago 9

I want to transfer my domain away from InMotion Hosting to a different hosting service.

I don't see a way to perform this in your AMP info.

So do you do this for me?  Or can you send me a link where I can fill this in myself?

I'll be awaiting your reply...
