AMP -- Code does not work

My password does not work with AMP.  I do not remember changing password; and my computer's stored password does not work.  AMP sends code to reset password -- I enter code -- the I still cannot log into AMP -- AMP sends another code -- I use second code -- sill can't get it.  This is a merry-go-round.  What do I do??
