How do I add a developer account?

I'm the website owner, and I want to add an account for the website developer. The Webpro dashboard seems to be for clients.

Thank you for your question regarding developer access. Unfortunately, it is unclear what type of website you are using, so it is difficult for me to provide specific advice. If your site was built using WordPress, you can create a new user account via the following instructions:

https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/wordpress/user-roles-in-wordpress/

If you are referring to cPanel, unfortunately it is not possible to add additional user accounts to that platform. If your developer needs access to the cPanel, you will need to provide them with the username and password for your cPanel account.

Hi, Duke! Sorry to hear you're having trouble finding what you're looking for. You should be able to update your financial information by logging in to AMP. Once there, you can change your credit card and update your billing information. If you cannot log in, here is a guide on changing your AMP password. If you run into trouble, please contact our live Customer Service team and they'll be able to assist you with any billing issues by directly checking your account!

We are a medium sized church and the webmaster(s) from past are gone.  We need to resety/change the email tied to the AMP panel and set a new password.  Where do we start?

Thank you for your question regarding passwords. Unfortunately, without more information, it is difficult for me to provide specific advice. If you are looking to change your Account Management Panel password, I recommend reviewing the following guide:

From the Account Management Panel you can change most of the other passwords for your account.
