I'm the website owner, and I want to add an account for the website developer. The Webpro dashboard seems to be for clients.

If you are referring to cPanel, unfortunately it is not possible to add additional user accounts to that platform. If your developer needs access to the cPanel, you will need to provide them with the username and password for your cPanel account.

Hi, Duke! Sorry to hear you're having trouble finding what you're looking for. You should be able to update your financial information by logging in to AMP. Once there, you can change your credit card and update your billing information. If you cannot log in, here is a guide on changing your AMP password. If you run into trouble, please contact our live Customer Service team and they'll be able to assist you with any billing issues by directly checking your account!
We are a medium sized church and the webmaster(s) from past are gone. We need to resety/change the email tied to the AMP panel and set a new password. Where do we start?
