I am trying to clean up another persons work and want to delete a domain. I know this cannot be reversed, but can it be added back later?
Hello! When you say that you wish to delete the domain, are you also referring to the files and database? If so, in addition to deleting the addon domain, you can use the cPanel file manager to remove the site files as well. Just be sure to make a backup first, if you ever intend to use that site data again! The same applies to backing up and deleting the site's database.
If the site is the account's primary domain (i.e. the site located in the public_html folder), you will also need to change the primary domain name to something else if you no longer want to use the same URL. Hope that helps!
Sir/Madam, one small mistake of my domain name smartsoftsolution.in to smartsoftsolutions.in so please remove 's' in my domain name
Change my domain name ...please remove 's' ..
I need smartsoftsolution.in
but for my mistake to smartsoftsolutions.in ... So please remove 's' in my domain name
Thank you for your question regarding domain names. Unfortunately, as this is a public forum, I am unable to provide account-specific advice or make changes to your account. If you have not yet purchased the domain name, you can likely make this change in your Account Management Panel prior to purchasing it. If you have already purchased the domain name with the incorrect spelling, you will want to contact our Customer Service team to see if they can help correct that issue:
I have a wordpress developer created a webpage for me. How do I point my www to his webpage?
That will depend on your developer's specific set-up. If your developer has nameservers set up to use and you will be using them for email as well, you can just point your domain to your developer's nameservers. If you plan to keep your email here and only want to point your domain's A Record, ask your developer for the site's IP address and change the primary A Record in your cPanel's DNS Zone Editor!
Then I want to have my shopify store pointing to shop.playingspree.com
I've seen it done on other sites but I'm not too sure where to start myself.
