My question is now that I have wordpress installed through fantastico, what do I do next? How do I get to the wordpress dashboard to even begin to learn how to do something?
I am brand new to website creation however I did more than an hour of searching for help before posting this question.
Most of what I read in support center assumed I already had this basic knowledge.
Thanks in advance.
I also saw this topic in the Q&A but we have a dedicated server so could not parse the answer in a way that was applicable.
I have had this account one day and I am ready to cancel it because it shouldn't be this difficult to use.
I notice this is a common problem and that disturbs me. I need to get this fixed immediately or I am cancelling.

Has anyone else received this since joining inmotion and how did you stop them?
Things I've tried:
1. Using another browser
2. Hitting refresh a couple times if it [No improvement]
wouldn't respond [No improvement, get 404 error sometimes]
3. Testing other websites to see if it's my internet connection [Nope, they work]
4. Testing inmotionhosting.com [Nope, it loads fine during this problem]
Is there any sever maintenance going on? I just bought hosting here and it's really frustrating to see a barebones website lag for 2 minutes every so often.
What I suspect:
I'm new to web hosting in general, and all the time I've had a FileZilla [FTP] account logged in, in the background, so that COULD be what is causing it? Maybe you're not supposed to stay logged into the FTP at the root directory? (Even though there is no file upload/download going on)
