Not recieving purchase order

I have paid for service but I have not received a email in either my regular inbox or spam. I would like to start using my server ASAP.

Sorry to hear there are possible legal issues with this particular account.  You will need to contact our Customer Service team and verify the account before any action can be taken.  Account specific changes cannot be conducted on the Support Center Website.
