Where do we see our support tickets?

When I issue a support ticket, I don't get any email back, and I don't see where the ticket is available to view.
Where do we go to access our InMotion support tickets? (I need to add information to the existing ticket). Thanks!
Hello BlogLogistics, Thanks for posting your comment regarding how to view your Support ticket submission. The ticketing system is strictly maintained through email on the customer's end. There is no portal to log in and view/edit your submission. I recommend reviewing our guide on Submitting a Ticket Request. There you can see the example of how our system works.
