I am suddenly not able to access my website or the email account associated with the website. This previously was just an issue for my laptop but is not also not working on a couple other computers.

I cannot view the website or the my email associated with the website suddenly.  It also will not pull up on my iPhone or iPad. The error message keeps saying that the server is not responding but I know that others have been able to access the site without issue.

Hi Jacqueline! The most common reason for this is a conflict with our server's security software and an incorrect email password. Since you mention iPhone and iPad, I'll also point out this is usually caused by auto-generated information in the Apple mail app, or another mail client that you may have tried once or twice but rarely used. If the passwords are out of sync, it can cause a security issue.

You should be able to follow the steps in the guide I linked to and clear it up once the security block cycles (usually less than half an hour), but if that does not work or if it takes an unusually long amount of time, please contact our 24/7 Support Team and they can manually reset the block so you can update your passwords. Hope that helps!

Given failure to fix a serious problem in three days I suspect you do not function 24/7.

Perhaps support only wakes up once in seven days for an hour. ;-)
