Why are InMotion's support pages grey font with grey background

Why are InMotion.com's support pages in GREY font (sometimes with light blue or light red headings) on a a GREY page background?
It would seem that it's done to *purposely* make them quite difficult to read.  It's not just one support page, but all of them.  
The attached pic is just one example (of nearly all, if not all) of the pages.

A little work on the CSS would go a long way to make them legible (black font on white page background).
