Changing DNS to AWS

I’m trying to change the DNS delegation for my domain. The client is moving their domain to AWS. 
I’m needing to move DNS to AWS Route 53 service.
There are four AWS nameservers for my destination zone:
(As found using these aws instructions: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/GetInfoAboutHostedZone.html)
When I go to perform delegation in the InMotion AMP interface I’m seeing Primary, Secondary, and then three Name Server slots.

How should I map the 4 aws nameservers to these text fields?
Am I using the right form?

Hello Will, 

You are in the correct place. You should add the nameservers on that page in the same order that is listed on the Route53 console.
