PHP file upload limit for Drupal 6

By default, individual file uploads are limited to 2 MB in PHP. You can see this setting on Admin > Settings > File Uploads: "Your PHP settings limit the maximum file size per upload to 2 MB."

How can I increase the limit?

Drupal install: MySQL IP and port info?

Hi everyone...I'm trying to setup a Drupal site. I need to add my server and port information, but can't find it on the site. (Actually, I think I found the server IP, but I'm not sure it's the one the Drupal setup feature is asking for). Does anyone know where on the site this info might be?

Thanks!

How can I manually install a Drupal distribution?

I want to install a prepackaged Drupal distribution, specifically Open Enterprise (http://drupal.org/project/openenterprise), and I followed the short tutorial on Manually installing the latest version of Drupal. I set up a MySQL database, downloaded and extracted the Open Enterprise distribution, and used FileZilla to upload the files to a Drupal folder on our domain. I then went to mydomain.com/install.php as instructed in the next tutorial, Initial Configuration of Drupal Installation, but get a 404 file not found error. Am I missing something (perhaps with the MySQL) or are Drupal Distributions somehow not supported? This is my first attempt at anything other than a simple Dreamweaver built HTML site, so please forgive my inexperience. Probably doesn't matter, but I working on an AMD Dual Core with WinXP Pro and Firefox 13. Thank you.

trouble with Drupal configuration

I followed the instructions and uploaded the files for Drupal 7.14. Now it says to "Visit yourdomain.com/install.php (replacing yourdomain.com with your actual domain)" but when I do this I get an internal server error. Is this simply because the domain (from godaddy) hasn't yet propagated to the nameserver?
