support MIA? roger_richards 11 months ago updated 11 months ago Added a VPS account to my existing Shared hosting account. This week (Monday) I decided to phone tech support because I needed to understand better the account function in CWP. IVR said I was #10 in the queue, and they would call me back. 5 hours later without callback, I phoned again with the same: # 10 in queue and they would call me back but never did. I then tried chat support and was #25 in the queue, my AMP login session expired before I got into single digits. Frustration rising, I decided to open a ticket via the support web page (this is Monday evening), it's now Thursday and have not received a response. I've been with InMotion since 2017, I don't need tech support often but when I do it's been solid. Something strange is happening. Perhaps they are struggling with a severe system problem?
