Chat Notification Sound Gone
Why did you have to get rid of the alert on this chat? I forgot it was open and waited from queue 70 to find I was kicked off cause I didn't see the agent had answered. Totally think that decision to remove the alert noise was a big mistake. Now I am #52 and hopefully can get this answered.
I mean seriously, I could go in another room and know the support agent was there or answered. Sometimes you put us on hold for 5, 10 minutes and I may not be staring at the chat window waiting. Let's get this back up asap.
If I am working the chat window will not stay on top and I have no idea if you are there or what. Really need this back.

Thank you for contacting us about the chat notification sound. Unfortunately, the chat software we currently use does not allow for sound notifications.
I have forwarded your suggestion to my management team, since I agree it would be a helpful feature.
