i can't login into my whm

Hi inmotion

as I had followed the guideline in how to login into the whm post. But i can't login into the whm as it said the username and password are the same as the cpanel. I've tried and it fail, would you help me solve this problems?

Hello, Thanks for the question. The main issue you were having was that you were trying to access WHM with a shared server account. This is not possible at this time. You may want to consider upgrading your hosting plan to a VPS, Dedicated Server, or Reseller account. I noticed that you have a ticket opened for the issue.
