My emails are missing from my accounts

hi,


my emails have disappeared, i don't have any received received emails before December last year.

and no i'm not using POP i'm using IMAP/SMTP and i have not deleted any emails myself.

Missing emails since outage

Ever since the major outage last week, certain regularly running emails are no longer arriving to me. How can I reconcile this? Notifications from my apartment complex are an example - they are not in my Junk mail, and the building says they are sending them as always, but they have stopped since Thursday.

Furthermore, I recommend you search your email logs for sender email accounts who you know have been attempting to content you. If they don't show in the logs, check your DNS settings or our Live Support team will assist you spam settings.
