contact page doesn't work
Hi. My name is colette freedman and I recently switched to you hosting my site. Unfortunately, the contact page is not working... and since I get 90% of my business through my website, I'm a little freaked out. Do you have a web developer who can help me remedy this situation as soon as possible? thank you. Colette

Hello and sorry to hear about your contact page. We'd need more info to further assist you from here, but our Live Support should be able to help you fix your issue. A common reason for this issue is that SMTP authentication isn't configured. You can configure this by checking your email settings in cPanel or Webmail. For a working example, see step 9 of our WP Mail SMTP article.
