The email forwarding is not working on my website. We've been using forwarding for a number of years without issue, but currently are not receiving emails that should have forwarded. Please advise. Cheryl 4 years ago updated 4 years ago Answered
1. Ensure emails are reaching the account forwarding emails
2. Depending on your Spam Filters settings, you may want to simply create an email filter
3. Please our email authentication guide and ensure emails aren't being marked spam.
