Running Node app on shared server
Hi, I'm trying to run my node app on shared server.
I installed node and npm on my server and run my app.
But my node app is not running on the URL.
(The url is suddomainurl:5000)
What should I do to fix the problem?
netstat -tulpn
tcp6 0 0 :::5000 :::* LISTEN 1246806/node

You will not be able to install or configure new software on a shared hosting plan. If you wish to work with node, your best course of action is to get a VPS plan that will allow you to custom configure the software you use.
