Domain Transfer from site ground

Hi , I am not sure what is my actual working domain, i had subscribed with you the Business Pro plan, and need to transfer my Domain and site from Site ground, but it seem that there are 2 domains on my account page, can you help please , as the IT we had engaged is no longer with us , and there is no way to contact him.

If you are moving your domain from your previous domain registrar to InMotion's domain registrar (OpenSRS), then, please follow the instructions that were emailed to you from our support team via the support ticket you submitted. There are requirements that must followed for any requested domain transfer. Also, please make sure to verify your account, as it appears that a confirmation is still not completed. If you are having trouble with the confirmation, please contact our sales team for further assistance.
