Opencart Emails Not Sending

I have problems in receiving emails from my opencart website, when customers make orders I don't receive any emails neither the customer. I have tried both mail or SMTP , and I used the configuration as I saw them in my email info of the STMP , i have tried to put -f in front the email, I've tried to put ssl:// or without, I used as the port SMTP Port: 465 , but nothing worked.
I want to use the SMTP method, and use the ssl secure port, i have ssl certificate installed already on the site.

Can you please help me to sort out this issue, my open cart version is
