Support Center Questions email notification
Hi, I am not receiving email notifications when an answer is available from a question I posted, furthermore where can I see all the questions I have asked so I can see the answers? Currently I need to keep the window open and refresh to see the answers when they are posted. I posted a question this morning and can not find the question nor the answer if there is one.
Thank you for your question about the Support Center email notification. Make sure that you're checking your spam/junk mail folders for any responses. As far as we can tell, the notification system is working. This question is definitely registered. Can you provide a title or subject matter of one you have asked other this question? The only questions noted in the database credited to you are from last year. Remember that if you asked any question with different identification information, then the question would not necessarily be saved to this particular account.
