Opencart Email Notifications Not Working

I am developing a new site but I have noticed that I am not getting any notifications of a new order, new registration, newsletter subscriptions both as a customer and administrator. See screenshot for my settings
Hello, Sorry for the problems with your email notifications not working in OpenCart. I will suggest two options that you can try to fix the issue. First, try disabling the ModSecurity in cPanel. Second, try using SMTP as the protocol to send the notification. You will need to provide a valid email address (created in cPanel) for the sender information in OpenCart.
