Passwords are not recognized

I am unable to log into Thunderbird with the password I have been using. I tried to edit it in Cpanel, but I can't log in.
Hello, Thank you for your question about password changes in your account. I advise contacting our Live Support department so they can verify your account and reset passwords if necessary. If you are suddenly locked out of your email account it may something as simple as a server move, and Live Support would be able to verify that and update you on the new settings. Best, Christopher M.
