HTTP ERROR 500 in Magento 2.1 admin

I have installed Magento 2.15. And it works well with the "Porto" theme. I was able to log in as admin before. But now I am not able to open the link to the admin page because it is showing HTTP ERROR 500. Not sure how to fix this? Is there a guide I could follow to troubleshoot?
