Magento XML issue not showing changes
I am running a Magento site. I modified the XML files in home/%theme% . I modified the xml files in app\code\local\MGS\Mpanel\data\homes\cetus\
Even after flushing cache the changes do not show up.
Any idea?

Thank you for your question regarding changes not showing in Magento. Make sure you are clearing your browser cache as well as the Magento cache.
