Hi Brian,

Sorry for the issue with your password!  Posts in the Support Center website are public (questions and answers), so it's difficult for us to handle password issues.  I would recommend that you speak with live tech support team or the Customer Service team (depending on the password you need).  If you're having problems with accessing your account (using the Account Management Panel (AMP)), then definitely speak with our Customer Service team.
