Desired incoming mail is being falsely labeled spam and sent to spam folder
I deliberately have not configured Spam Assassin and I have never authorized any spam filtering, but desired incoming email is still being labeled as spam and sent to my spam folder.
How would you rate the customer service you received?

Thanks for submitting a question email being marked as spam. If you have not enabled any spam filtering, you can instruct your email client to never block or to always allow certain senders. In some clients, adding the sender to a contact list can also help.
