Updating CubeCart which was just installed on my hosting account

I just spoke with your tech support via chat and they asked me to contact you. I need to update my version of CubeCart. Tech support said it was out of date. Can you help me out with this?

Hello Rick, Apologies for the run-around with the issue of Updating CubeCart for your account. I'm not sure what version you're trying to upgrade to, but in terms of the steps for upgrading we would be referring to CubeCart's documentation since we do not have written documentation for this process.
