I have problems with the reseller, open any web site and chat support is not available. All my web accounts are inactive.

Apologies for the interruption in service. There is currently a server event occurring at our West Coast datacenter that has interrupted services. Our systems team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Here's the current official news release: "We are currently experiencing an emergency situation at our west coast data center which is impacting some servers at this time. Data Center staff is currently working to resolve the issue. There is currently no ETA but we will be updating our Status page at http://status.inmotionhosting.com with more details. "
