What is the domain the WordPress was installed on. It looks like either the domain is not pointing to your server, the domain is not registered, or the WordPress was not installed in the correct place.Make sure you are going to the correct url as well. The administrators url should look like the following.

For more information on logging into WordPress, see are article on how to log into WordPress.

Thank you for responding. I checked the domain and it is not pointing to your server with us. The domain is pointing to in order for your domain to work on your server with us you will need to point the DNS or the nameservers to ours.

Best regards,

1. Login into cPanel > phyMyAdmin
2. Select appropriate database (other than "information_schema")
3. Select "wp_option" table (the table prefix "wp_" might be different)
4. Under the "option_name" field verify siteurl and home rows. Mostly siteurl missed the correct URL path.

However, In case unable to access the database (phpMyAdmin) then you should visit
