A terrorist group is using your services:

This website is promoting violence and terrorism in iran, And terrorist attacks on mosques

Several army commanders have been assassinated.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have forwarded this information to our legal department and they will be looking into it.

6 days now This is not Acceptable. I never had an outage like this with Host gator, Godaddy or Name Cheap.  Is there a way to get Email Access?  We not only have Web Access, but we have NO Email access too.  We are Dead!!! Any Workarounds?  Anybody have a solution to get email working?

Feras Alqawlaq 9 months ago updated by JT S. (Technical Writer) 9 months ago 2

Hello , i would like to ask about if this domain supporting an integration with active directory. to can make the user sign-in with outlook and sync all information. if it is yes , what is the process will be from inmotion hosting site ?. or , what is the guide to do that's. thanks a lot.

Unfortunately, the only way you could do this is by installing necessary applications with Dedicated Hosting as we only use Linux servers. However, we provide no technical support for such configurations.

how can i duplicate my current website on a sub-domain for test/development purposes?

Ginny 9 months ago updated by JT S. (Technical Writer) 9 months ago 3

Thanks for the additional information needed to give you better info. All advice you've been given to this point still applies as possibilities. If you'd like to use cPanel File Manager or FTP to achieve this, you can copy a directory to a new location.

If it's WordPress, you'll need to change the URL within the wp-config.php file and database to match that new subdomain URL. If you'd like to request support for this, you should email Web Hosting Hub Live Support with verification.

You can always create manual cPanel backups.

Please note, we're not live support and unable to modify accounts on behalf of Web Hosting Hub.

Why is my website so slow to load?

ProfHypno 1 month ago updated by Arnel C (Content Marketing Coordinator) 1 month ago 5

It seems that the website (OurMindsAreAmazing.com) is very slow loading and I'm concerned that I'm losing traffic...and customers!

Can you send along any insight as to why this might be?

Transfer domain FROM inmotion hosting

Ol Bill 5 months ago updated by Ronnie H. (Content Marketing Coordinator) 5 months ago 6

I want to transfer my domain away from InMotion Hosting to a different hosting service.

I don't see a way to perform this in your AMP info.

So do you do this for me?  Or can you send me a link where I can fill this in myself?

I'll be awaiting your reply...
