Migrate domain and email address to Wix

Hi, I have a new website created on Wix. I would like my domain name and email addresses transferred to Wix. Can you please step me through how I do this so I don't lose email access and website outage.

My domain is not connected to my website

I've  made every payment ( it's automatic) since last year. 

I tried to pull up the website and it says" This domain is not connected to a website at the moment. If this domain belongs to you, reconnect it now." from Wix. My account use to be on Wix until last year.

How do you switch platforms from Wordpress to Wix?
Our business site currently uses WordPress as a platform, but we would like to switch our domain over to a site we built on Wix. When I accessed the domain transfer walkthrough, it states that the domain is not available for transfer. How do I solve this?

Hello, Thanks for your question about switching platforms. Wix is a proprietary site builder, so you will not actually be transferring WordPress to Wix, unless that is a service they offer. Likely, a new site will be built with Wix and DNS for the domain will be pointed there. Using the DNS information provided by Wix, you can use the cPanel DNS Zone Editor in your hosting account to point your domain. Best, Christopher M.

Hello,

In order to transfer your domain and email address transferred to Wix, you would just need to change the nameservers for the domain. The nameservers should be provided by Wix and you would enter them at your registrar.
