iThemes Security Banning IP

For a couple of weeks, since we moved our website here, we experience some IP ban for no reason. Security log show something weird as been the reason for banning IP (that /undefined )
Function Priority Time Host User URL Referrer Data
404 Error 3 2015-06-09 13:03:07 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx /undefined http://innergy4every1.com/ Details
We did not experience this before moving here. Any clue?

I'm sorry for the problem that you're having with iThemes security and the error that you're seeing. Unfortunately, it does appear to be an issue with configuration of the plugin or WordPress that may be required due to your migration. However, we're not able to determine where that configuration issue could be. iThemes is a third-party software whose support you should seek in this case. They may be able to tell you immediately what needs to be done in order to correct the problem. The information that you've provided does not appear to indicate a specific server error here. When I do look in the Apache error logs, I am seeing:

[Tue Jun 09 20:31:32 2015] [error] [client 162.234.106.50] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace., referer: http://innergy4every1.com/

Both of these requests are referred from an IP not found on our server. It's possible that there may be a request that is cached or remains within your WordPress database. This may often be related to a plugin or theme used by WordPress. Check to make sure that you have removed/cleared caching to clear these errors.
