Updating DNS for a Domain transfered from Melbourne IT

Hi Peeps,

I've recently transferred a domain from Melbourne IT to InMotion Hosting - all went well, and I currently have the domain in my domain management panel.

Further more, I'd like to use this domain name as an addon domain on my main Web Hosting - Power Plan - however when I've installed word press on this addon domain all seemed to go smoothly, however I cannot access the site whatsoever.

I've also tried to update the DNS settings without success. Currently the domain in questions DNS settings are as follows:

Primary: NS1.SYSTEMDNS.COM
Secondary: NS2.SYSTEMDNS.COM
Name Server: NS3.SYSTEMDNS.COM

I've tried updating the settings to the recommended:
ns1.inmotionhosting.com
ns2.inmotionhosting.com

Without success, I keep getting this error:

There was a problem with processing your request. Ensure that the nameservers you are trying to set have been created. If they have not, you can go here to do so.

And when I do "click here" I get another error:

Oops...there was an error with your request

How do I solve this, please help.

Kind Regards,

Ryno

Hello Ryno, Thank you for contacting us. Normally you can update your Nameservers in AMP, but there is currently a bug. Please contact Live Support, and they would be happy to make the change for you. Since this is just the public forum, I cannot make any changes to your account from here. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul B
