locked out of wordpress dash

Due to resource and attempted hack issues, I am trying all in one security and set up the several step verification which i am not sure with 10 sites is going to work. The first time i tried using the user and pass, i was locked out on chrome. Went to firefox first time locked out. Safari took four times which is what i had it set at. i use a password vault and sure it was correct, but there were several steps to do it.

If you wish to reverse what you did then you should just have to remove the code specified in the article from the .htaccess file in your wp-admin directory.
