WEBSITES ARE GONE after updating

I have been given your contact to assist in the recovery of two websites: grandinenergy.com and traditionroyalties.com.
I'm not sure who I'm contacting, but I am in disbelief that InMotionHosting is stating that they are just gone and that we need to start over. Inmotion Hosting creating both sites.




Please help me!!!

Hello,

Do you still see the databases in your cPanel if you go to MySQL Databases? If so then you can just re-setup the websites to connect to the databases. Whenever accounts get hacked its usually only files that need to be replaced, not databases.
