Hello,

Sorry for the problem with the bounce-back message. I double-checked this with the Billing Team and they showed that there was a duplicate item in the account for the domain registration. When you renewed it, it renewed the domain successfully. However, since it was set to renew for the duplicate item, it failed that bringing up the bounce-back. We have removed the duplicate, so this should not happen again. Also, I double-checked the WHOIS information. As per below, the domain does show as being renewed:

[whois.publicinterestregistry.net]
Domain Name:ASH----------.ORG
Domain ID: D168319795-LROR
Creation Date: 2013-04-01T01:37:25Z
Updated Date: 2015-03-09T21:49:02Z
Registry Expiry Date: 2017-04-01T01:37:25Z
Sponsoring Registrar:Melbourne IT, Ltd (R52-LROR)
Sponsoring Registrar IANA ID: 13

Apologies again for the confusion! I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,

Thank you for your question Tim Rooney Media !

Sorry for the notice from Melbourne IT about the renewal of your domain. It appears the Account Management Panel failed to renew the domain when the bill item renewed. We renewed the domain so you should see the domains correct expire date. In the future, If you see this, please contact [email protected], chat with our tech support, or call 1-888-321-4678 ext 2 ASAP to have the domain registered. This is a support center and can take longer to respond, which could cause issues when renewing a domain. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Regards

James R
