My Website "*******.com" is Unavailable.

Reactivated my hosting service over 24 hours ago, website still unavailable. When I type in my web address I get this message, " Your IP is 172.9.**.**" Billing advised me everything was o.k. on their end, and if my site wasn't back up in a couple of hours I should contact support. Tried to call but still waiting on hold as I type this message.
