Unable to access PrestaShop Administrator Dashboard

We purchased a service to you, we have confirmed the activation and installation of Prestashop for the domain name seisexy.com. We tried to access our dashboards inserting the above link url http://seisexy.com/admin123 which leads me to a blank page. While the temp url: http://biz166.inmotionhosting.com/~seisex5/admin123 not work and generates error.
What must we do to be able to access the dashboard of our website? www.seisexy.com ???

Hello Domenico, Sorry for the problem with logging into the PrestaShop Administrator dashboard. I took a look at your installation and everything is setup correctly, however, your DOMAIN NAME (seisexy.com) is not pointed to our hosting service. When you purchased the hosting service and selected that PrestaShop be installed, it was setup so that using the domain name would run the files through our servers. However, since you did not change the name servers to point to our host, then the PrestaShop files are not able to run because the DNS is actually pointing elsewhere. When you change it over to our host, allow for 6-8 hours of propagation time, then you should be able to use the login information provided in your Welcome email to see the PrestaShop dashboard.
