I need to a TXT record to set up MS365

It seems from doing my research that I am unable to add a txt record through the Advanced DNS Zone Editor because I am on shared hosting. We are trying to set up our Microsoft 365 account. We're on a Shared Hosting account and need the Support Department will need to create the TXT record for us.

As making DNS changes to our account will require a verified ticket with the Support Department. See below:
