Email Will Not Receive or Send

I tested the Contact Us on my site, from my laptop, as a 'test' customer. The email did not make it to my account when I checked email in cPanel. Nor was there an error message sent to the test account email. Also, set up an out of state test account and no confirmation email was sent to that test account email. No error messages seen anywhere,but, also no email received by anyone either. Why would this happen?

Hello Steve, Thank you for your question about emails not being sent from a Contact form. I reviewed the logs and do not see any attempts to send email. We are happy to help, but will need some additional information. How are you setting up the contact form? Is it a 3rd party plugin/addon? Which one?
