Can't Generate Private Key

I can't generate a private key(converted ppk) in cpanel on my shared hosting. I can generate keys fine just not a converted key(.ppk) to use with putty on windows it says 404 Not Found when I click download converted key.

Hello, Sorry for the problem with generating the private key. When I stepped through it using the steps in the private key. I created a key in your cPanel and then downloaded both the key I created and the key that I assume you created. Try it again and let us know if you have any further problems. Describe the steps you take so that we can try to duplicate the issue if it happens again. Regards, Arnel C.
