not receiving a particular e-mail on my new computer.

I am receiving a particular e-mail on my old computer (windows 7) but not on my new computer (windows 8). The message also appears in my hot-mail (web-mail). It does not appear in the junk box.
Any idea why?

Hello Mike, Thank you for your question about a missing email. We are happy to help, but will need some additional information. How are you checking your email? For example are you using POP or IMAP? You can view your email settings in cPanel at any time. If you are using POP, it will typically remove the email from the server, and you will not see it on other devices. If you are using IMAP, make sure you are subscribed to your INBOX. This allows you to see the folders stored on the server. Also, if you delete or move the email on your Windows 7 computer, it may not show up on the other client. Are other emails being delivered sucessfully?
