Hi, i was trying to buy the 12 month "launch plan" and i could not proceed as i was getting that message: "You appear to be having trouble with the credit card. Please call 888-321-4678 or 757-416-6575 for immediate assistance.". even though the data i am entering are correct.
Hello, Apologies with the problem with processing your credit card. However, it does appear that the billing issue requires direct contact through the phone in order to complete the transaction.
