Is InMotion Hosting Support Good?

I'm considering using InMotion and have a few questions in regards to the hosting. I've tried opening chat (sales and support) and the only response I get is - sorry, no agents available.
It's 8:52 EST and they're supposed to be available 7 days a week from 8.
Is the support always that good?
Hello, I'm sorry that you were having problems with getting ahold of our Sales team. Yes, as per the website, you should be able to reach them 8AM - midnight (EST), 7 days a week. However, if you are having difficulties with that, please contact our technical support team. They are available 24/7 and can be reached via phone/chat/email. There might have been an issue with the sales phone system when you called, or possibly the agents were simply busy every time you tried to contact them. The support staff is a much larger group and they cannot only help with technical questions but also with sales questions if needed.
