550 error emails rejected as spam

Getting a 550 error rejecting some email as spam

"550 "The mail server detected your message as spam and has prevented delivery."

This should not happen. I do not want any email returned or rejected. I have SpamAssasin enabled to label subjects of email as spam. I don't have Boxtrapper or any other spam app configured to do reject email for any of my domains. Please help me out, thanks.

Hello, SpamAssassin, BoxTrapper, and MacAfee are tools for incoming spam. This message is from our server that checks every message sent by account holders such as yourself. It is checked against SpamAssassin to see if it would fail other server tests. If it fails, it is not allowed to be sent and you are sent the message you received. You can follow our 550 article so you can adjust your message to allow it to pass and not be viewed as spam. Kindest Regards, Scott M
